Our Story

Seven years ago, we started with a simple belief — that understanding money shouldn't feel impossible. Today, we help thousands of people in Thailand make sense of their finances through practical education.

How We Got Here

From a small team with big ideas to Thailand's trusted name in budget categorization education

2018

The Beginning

Three financial advisors met at a Bangkok coffee shop, frustrated by how complicated budgeting seemed to their clients. We decided to create something different — education that actually makes sense. Our first workshop had twelve attendees and ran three hours over schedule because everyone had questions.

Growing Through Challenge

The pandemic forced us online, which turned out to be a gift. We discovered we could reach people across Thailand who never had access to financial education. Our virtual programs grew from 50 to 800 participants. We also learned that teaching budget categorization works better in small groups than big lectures.

Finding Our Focus

After teaching everything from investment basics to retirement planning, we realized our strength was budget categorization. People kept coming back for help organizing their expenses and understanding where their money actually goes. So we doubled down on what we do best.

Looking Ahead

This year, we're launching our most comprehensive program yet — a six-month journey that takes you from budget confusion to complete clarity. Our autumn 2025 cohort will be our biggest, with personalized coaching and real-world practice that goes way beyond theory.

Who We Are

We're not your typical financial educators. Our team combines real banking experience with genuine teaching passion, and we actually enjoy making complex topics simple.

Kris, Lead Financial Educator

Kris Pattinson

Lead Financial Educator

Spent twelve years in commercial banking before realizing he preferred teaching to selling. Kris has this weird ability to explain budget categories using food analogies, and somehow it always works. He leads our advanced categorization workshops.

Maya, Program Director

Maya Chen

Program Director

Maya designs all our learning programs and keeps us focused on what actually helps people. She's the one who insists we test everything with real participants before calling it finished. Her background in adult education shows in every course we create.

What Drives Us

Real-World Practice

We don't just talk about budgets — we help you build one that actually works with your real income and expenses. Every technique we teach has been tested by hundreds of people living normal lives.

No Financial Shame

Money mistakes are learning opportunities, not character flaws. We create safe spaces where you can ask questions without judgment and admit when something isn't working.

Long-term Thinking

Quick fixes don't work for budgets. We focus on building habits and understanding that serve you for years, not just months. Our graduates often stay in touch to share their progress.

Where We're Going

By 2026, we want to be the place people think of when budget categorization feels overwhelming. Not because we're the biggest or loudest, but because we actually help people figure it out.

We're building stronger partnerships with local community centers and expanding our online reach across Southeast Asia. The goal isn't rapid growth — it's sustainable impact that changes how people think about organizing their money.

Most importantly, we want every person who learns with us to feel confident enough to teach someone else. That's how real financial literacy spreads.
